About Pilates by Ella

Our Story

Hi, I am Ella! I am your qualified Pilates instructor. Since being diagnosed with Lupus, I have been looking for a form of exercise that improves my well-being and makes me feel great. That is what Pilates does for me, meaning I am passionate about Pilates and its benefits. I believe that everyone can benefit from Pilates, no matter your age or fitness level, whether you want to improve your posture, gain strength, or improve flexibility. I am dedicated to helping everyone achieve their goals. I am also first aid trained and qualified in both pre and postnatal Pilates.

Our beginner and intermediate classes

The beginner's class is brilliant for learning the principles of Pilates, getting to know the moves, and introducing some challenges. 


The Fit Class is suitable for beginners and provides progressions to add an extra challenge! This class is slightly more intense but still suitable for everyone.

Our Pre and Postnatal Classes

The postnatal classes help new mums to regain strength in their muscles, improve posture, and enhance pelvic floor function, as well as improve overall wellbeing.  Babies are more than welcome in class. (I am also qualified in childcare and have a certified DBS).
